- Do I need to sign up for the challenge?
- Yes! You will need to sign-up as a Team Captain or as part of a team player between April-1 and April-21.
The Team Captain is resposible for signing up the entire team, of 2 or 4 team members. If you are on the team and not the team captain, you will receive an invitation for you to confirm that you want to join that specific team for the challenge.
If you do not have a team and you are looking for one to be paired up with, come see us at the front desk and we’ll show you how you can be matched with the best group for you! - How do I check or update my team?
- The team captain can login to resend, add, or remove members from their team.
If you’ve been invited to a team, you can login to review and accept the invite.
If you are unable to make the changes you need, check in with the front desk at your next class. - Do I need to buy a special package to participate?
- No. You can use any class package or membership to complete the challenge.
- Is there a prize for finishers?
- Yes!

80 class: Exclusive Bomber Jacket or Sweatshirt. (with option to choose from the lower class track options as well)*

Please visit your home studio to confirm your region’s challenge prizes, fulfillment, and redemption. - I really want to have a team of 4, but I only have one friend committed right now. What can I do?
- You are welcome to sign up as a team of 4 and invite at least one team member to join you. The team captain will have until April 21 to invite the remaining teammates to be a complete team of 4.
- I only have two other friends who want to participate - can we do a team of 3?
- No. You will need to have a full team of 4 people to participate. If you can’t find anyone else to fill your team, let your front desk team know, and they will find someone for you!
- Am I allowed to sign-up to be on two different teams?
- No. You can only sign up to participate with one team!
- I’m new to Barry’s and I don't know anyone to create a team with yet - can I still participate?
- Of course you can!! This challenge is the perfect opportunity to get to know other members of the Fit Fam. Please see the front desk, we have a special process for partnering solo sign-ups into a team of 4!
- Can I change my challenge halfway through?
- Your team will be able to upgrade to the higher class track if you initially chose the lower, but you will not able to downgrade -- we know you can finish this!
- Do RIDE and LIFT classes count?
- If RIDE and LIFT are available in your region, these classes are a great compliment to the Red Room experience and will count towards the challenge.
- How can I claim my prize?
- Upon completing the challenge, you will receive an email with a dedicated code and site landing page. From there, you will be able to select your prize and have this shipped directly to you!
